Veisten Landhotel is located in Vestre Gausdal, approx. 30 km from Lillehammer.

The main house is a cosy timber-framed building. These beautiful surroundings are ideal for an overnight stay – whether you want to relax, or are looking for a more active holiday. The area offers great hiking opportunities and a ski slope in the winter. Gausdal Vestfjell is only a short drive away, and here you can enjoy hiking in summer and cross-country skiing in winter. We  offer guided ski trips and snowshoe hikes throughout the winter season.

We also have contact with local mushers who can take you dog sledding. If you prefer alpine skiing, this is possible in both Hafjell and Skeikampen located only half an hour drive away. This venue is also ideal for big companies and events! Our dining room is spacious and welcoming, and features a fireplace. We offer accommodation for up 35 people in 15 double and 3 single rooms, with bathrooms and WC in the hallway on each floor.

It is also possible to rent your own cabin with a bathroom and a private kitchenette. Out in the courtyard we have two hot tubs and a sauna
which are available to our guests.
