The Lillehammer Region have a central location in Norway, it is located along the E6, around 180 kilometres north of Oslo, and is easy to reach by car, train or bus.
When visiting the region, travelling by bus and train are useful alternatives to using your own car. You can take the train to Lillehammer, Ringebu or Vinstra, and then use the bus. In winter, there are ski bus services to the region’s alpine centres and the cross-country ski resorts.
