Established in 1946 and fully renovated in 2023, the hotel combines authentic mountain charm with modern comfort and sustainable operations. Activities

More than 600 kilometres of cross-country ski trails await just outside the door, making Pellestova one of Norway’s finest destinations for cross-country skiing. Hafjell Alpine Centre, one of the country’s leading ski resorts, is also just a short distance away. During summer and autumn, the surrounding terrain is ideal for cycling and hiking, with scenic trails beginning directly outside the hotel.

Dining

Pellestova offers a variety of dining experiences. Restaurant 980 is the hotel’s main restaurant, focusing on quality ingredients and seasonal flavours. In the warm and inviting Peisestova lounge, you can enjoy lunch and something refreshing to drink, while Pellekroa Pizzeria serves pizza in a relaxed atmosphere.

For a more exclusive evening, Slakteriet Restaurant offers a carefully curated dining experience centred around culinary craftsmanship. At Slakteriet Butikk, you will find a selection of local products and delicacies. Pellestova is also home to an extensive wine cellar featuring around 490 carefully selected wines from across the world.
