Restaurant 980 is the main restaurant at Pellestova Hotell, beautifully situated 980 metres above sea level. Here, quality ingredients, seasonal flavours and a genuine passion for food take centre stage.
Our kitchen draws inspiration from the mountains and the surrounding region. The menus follow the seasons, combining traditional flavours with modern and creative touches. We use local and regional ingredients whenever possible, and during the game season, the menu often features produce from the nearby mountain areas.
Pellestova is also home to an extensive wine cellar featuring around 490 carefully selected wines from across the world. Our knowledgeable team will be happy to help you find the perfect wine to complement your meal.
