Nermo Hotel is located in the middle of a great region of locally produced ingredients. Here you will find game meat and fish from the mountains, berries, potatoes and vegetables from the neighbouring fields and cheese from the valley of Gudbrandsdalen. The hotel as for numerous of year worked with locally food producers.
As a guest at our hotel you will understand that locally produced food is something special. It´s fresh, cleans and without additives. In our kitchen we focus on taste and quality of our ingredients. Almost everything we put on our table is based on locally produced ingredients.
Our menu will vary with the season and when we have major events it´s possible to make adjustments that fits your needs.
The host at Nermo has for generations been avid moose hunters and the moose is an important part of our menu.
