From Lillehammer, continue to Nordseter (approx. 20 min).Then drive past the barrier and all the way to Nevelåsen (the hill between hte Nevelvann and Reinsvann lakes) where you park.
The trail leads along Nevelåsen and up to Nevelfjell mountain, 1089 m a.s.l. Neveltoppen is the most visited mountain peak in the Lillehammer area. A cabin is available at the top, and can be used if weather conditions are poor.
From Neveltoppen it is possible to continue across Kvannskardet and up to Slåseterfjellet mountain, 1064 m a.s.l. As you reach the top, you can enjoy beautiful views towards Hafjell and Hundersætra with Pellestova Hotel.
From Slåseterfjellet mountain, return to Nevelfjell and follow the trail down to Fjelldokka and further on to the outlet of lake Nevelvann. Follow the road along the lake with its numerous beautiful cabins. From the main road, return to Nevelåsen and your starting point.
