"The 5 km Eftasrunden is our longest trail, stretching from the bike rental shop, around the biathlon arena, and back up to the shop via the Eftastjernet tarn. It follows a narrow gravel trail with some natural terrain, and features technical sections and elements such as berms, boardwalks, drops, and wallrides. This is a perfect trail along which to keep a decent speed and flow throughout, and is suitable for beginners as well as experienced cyclists. A cycle map for Sjusjøen and its surrounding area can be purchased at Sport1 Sjusjøen and at Sjusjøen Mountain Bike Park (Sjusjøen Ski Centre)."
