About
The perfect combination for everyone with plenty of energy that wants to get a lot of action in one day! We start with a standard day-trip rafting down Sjoa (see above), and after lunch and a break we are ready for the river once more - but this time we will be river-boarding. After some practice in a calm area, we will swim through parts of the section we rafted earlier. Playing, surfing and swimming through the rapids all form part of this exciting activity which ends by our base. The trip ends with a shower and hot coffee/tea at our base.
