Follow the forest road towards Finnøla from Natrudstilen. A small area with single track takes you up to Bleka and further on forest road to Grimstilen and down along Ljøsåa to Bekkeli.Here the road continues into Åstdalen via Endelaus myrene, through old farm- and cultural landscape along the river Åsta. Olshølen and Øvre Åstbru are good places for food and drink supplements.
