About
"The Road" by Lars-Andreas Tovey Kristiansen consists of photographs of houses that were redeemed when the new E6 was built between Frya and Sjoa in the period 2014–2017.
The photographs have been transferred to mechanically variable signs, similar to those used along the road to show flexible information for, among other things, detours. The photographs not only portray the redeemed houses, but also show the landscape before and after the road was created and tell about the consequences of such extensive road projects.
"The Road" consists of two sculptures with exit Harpefoss / Gudbrandsdalsvegen by E6, and a sculpture at exit E6 to Vinstra road park.
