Norwegian Buffet at Venabu Fjellhotell 4th October 2025, 6.30pm
The Norwegian Buffet is one of Venabu's special food events. On a traditional cold buffet, you will find hot and cold dishes with fish, game and berries, in addition to delicious desserts and tasty Norwegian cheeses. The dishes are homemade, based on traditional recipes and cooking methods. Venabu emphasizes tasty traditional food, made from local and locally sourced ingredients. The cold buffet opens at 19:00 with an introduction to the dishes and cooking methods.
After dinner, we move into the lounge where Kim Lien will play for the rest of the evening.
