The all-year-round destination Skeikampen is located approx. 45 minutes by car from Lillehammer town centre. Experience the spectacular mountain with its characteristic shape and breathtaking surroundings. Skeikampen is ideal for cycling and hiking as well as for cross-country and alpine skiing.
The terrain at Skeikampen varies from family-friendly to the more challenging. When the lift is open during the autumn break, you are taken swiftly to higher ground – which is ideal when hiking with young children.
Skeikampen Alpine Centre is a gem for young families, freestyle skiers, and off-piste enthusiasts. In summer, it is home to the Nordic region's highest 18-hole golf course.
Skeikampen is located in the mountain area often referred to as the world of Peer Gynt, where you also find Kvitfjell, Gålå, and Espedalen. Follow the Peer Gynt Road, and you will reach the mountain plateau at approx. 1000 m above sea level. The road is closed during winter, but is transformed to a groomed cross-country ski trail.
