About
"Den grønnkledde" by Kjell Erik Killi Olsen is inspired by Henrik Ibsen's Peer Gynt, and was made in connection with Killi Olsen being a festival artist during Peer Gynt's vote in 2019.
Vinstra received city status in 2013 and then chose to link Peer Gynt, "The city in Peer Gynt's kingdom" as an identity for urban development of Vinstra. The three meter high bronze sculpture was bought by Nord-Fron municipality and placed at Vinstra station in 2020.
