Lillehammer Olympic Bob- and Luge Track

This is Northern Europe's only artificially frozen bob- and luge track, and the only bob- and luge track in Scandinavia. The track is located at Hunderfossen, 15 km north of downtown Lillehammer. In the winter we offer several activities on ice and in the summer you can try the wheelbobsled.

In the bob- and luge track we also have a separate activity park where we offer group activities such as trapeze, log houses, maze, rifle practice, bow and arrow shooting and paintball on a 2,500 sqm outdoor Paintball arena. As a part of the activity park there is also a lavvo (Sami tent) which fits up to 200 persons, and a lean-to shed for barbecuing for up to 30 persons.

WHEELBOB

During summertime we offer wheelbob. The sled takes 4 passengers in addition to the pilot and the speeds reach up to 100 km/hr. Age limit 10 years if accompanied by an adult. From 12 years you can ride alone.

 

BOBRAFT

Bobrafting is a rubber bobsleigh whitch take 5-6 passengers in addition to the pilot. The speeds reach up to 100 km/hr. Age limit 10 years if accompanied by an adult. From 12 years you can ride alone.

 

TAXIBOB

This is the event for the most daring amongst you, because this is the ride where you fly down the course on an actual bobsleigh. The taxibob/4-man bob takes you down the icy track in up to 120 km/hr and makes you feel the pressure of 5G on your body. The sled seats three passengers in addition to the authorized pilot.

Age limit 16 years.

 

SKELETON

Skeleton is a type of sled on which you lie on your stomach with your head first. Speeds reach up to 70 km/hr, and with your nose 1cm from the ice you are guaranteed to get a serious adrenaline kick.
Age-limit: 16 years.

 

 

SKELETON RAFT

This is a softer type of skeleton. Lie on your stomach and go down the icy track with your head first. Two and two together. Two lie on their stomachs next to each other on the raft with the head first. The speeds reach up to 60 km/hr. Age limit: 16 years
