Join us for a weekend of mountain mindfulness, based at our comfortable, friendly hotel. The weekend programme introduces mindfulness practices indoors and out with the themes of slowing down and reconnecting with wild nature.
This weekend will suit those experiencing mindfulness for the first time and more experienced practitioners who would like to add something new to their practice.
