About
Janteloppet is Norway’s most fun ski festival.
Conceived by the legendary cross-country skier, Petter Northug Jr, this 2024 it is full of new features:
- With its many exciting track features such as the Petter Northug signature pump tracks and downhill bank slalom, the 20 Km freestyle cross-country race earned the title of the most fun cross-country ski race.
- The 100km Grand Finale SkiClassics Pro Tour cross-country race with a unique setting, starting and finishing at Mosetertoppen Ski Stadium, taking racers through the cabins of Hafjell and the skiing hotspots of Gaiastova, Hafjell Alpine Center and Pellestova.
- JanteBurn après-ski music festival. A new tradition is born! Norway’s first burn festival inspired by the legendary Burning Man is set to become the best apres-ski in the Nordics.
- AfterBurn. The after-party event of JanteBurn.

Janteloppet is set for the 13 April 2024 where the cross-country races will start at Mosetertoppen SkiStadion in Hafjell. JanteBurn and AfterBurn will be held at Gaistova in Hafjell. Starting from 07:00am until 03:00am of the following day, Janteloppet will provide you a day full of emotions and unforgettable memories.
