Our hotel kitchen emphasizes the taste of Norwegian mountains and local produce with the most pure and natural ingredients. The kitchen uses fresh produce available in season, game and trout from local fishing waters.
Skåbu mountain tapas offers small pieces with a taste of the mountain, such as home-made fenal year of wild salmon from its own farm. The tapas menu will contain some seasonal variations. How about mountain passes on a mountain top, in the gaphouse, on the hotel terrace or in our homely fireplace.
