Discover the peaceful Norwegian nature in the Espedalen area, a mountain valley with a beautiful lake surrounded by forests and mountains where you will learn about the fauna, flora, and local history.

We offer various types of guided tours around Lake Espedalen. You can explore the valley in multiple ways by choosing to canoe, hike, or even combine both to experience this beautiful place. We propose both day tour and overnight.

- Day hiking trip: Starts at 9:30 AM and finishes between 6:00 and 7:00 PM.

- Day canoeing trip: Starts at 10:00 AM and finishes around 5:00 PM.

- Two-day hiking trip: Starts at 10:00 AM and finishes at 5:00 PM on the second day. Overnight in a mountain hut.

- Two-day canoeing trip or mixed canoeing/hiking trip: Starts at 10:00 AM and finishes at 5:00 PM on the second day. Overnight in a tent.

We provide the necessary equipment for canoeing and the overnights (sleeping bags).
