Join us for a 3-day Tai Chi and Qi Gong course for beginners.
Tai Chi consists of calm, soft movements that are performed in a flowing, coordinated pattern. The purpose is to balance body and mind. It is a gentle form of strength training that can be help in relieving joint pain and training coordination and balance. Meditation and breathing exercises are also important parts of the practice. Through Tai Chi you may find relaxation and harmony in the body.
