About

With Lillehammer Station as starting point, ride south along Kirkegata and through the undulating terrain of route 213 (national tourist route) to Moelv – and then onwards to Nes. By Gaupen, go straight ahead onto route 84. Follow this road through Brumunddal town centre, and then onwards to Hamar.

By the Flagstadelva river, turn right onto route 222 (Furnesvegen), which changes to Stangevegen, and follow this to Stange. In Stange, turn left onto route 24 (Romedalsvegen). Continue past Harasjøen and Råsen to Sand in Sør-Odal. Turn right onto route 181 by Sandfoss Bru.

Stay on this road until you are almost in Eidsvoll. Turn right onto route 177 (Østsidavegen), and continue to Minnesund, across the bridge and up to Sannerud. Take route 33, and follow this road to Gjøvik via Skreia and Lena. At Gjøvik, turn right onto route 4 and continue past Smedmoen. Turn left onto route 330, and ride past Biri to Vingrom.

At the roundabout in Vingrom, go straight ahead onto route 310. Then turn right onto route 331 (Vingromsvegen), and stay on this road all the way to Vingnes. Turn right onto route 253 (Jørstadmovegen), and then follow Bryggevegen across the quay and back to start.

Excellent ride in either direction, but the most common is clockwise as described above.
