Re-energise and relax with yoga, Tai Chi, mindfulness or Pilates at Venabu.
Here at Venabu Fjellhotell we offer yoga, Pilates and mindfulness classes several times a week during the season. If the weather is good we may take the class outside. Practising outside in the mountains and nature can help us to reconnect with ourselves and find a sense of spaciousness and peace. We offer classes several times a week and there are classes in different yoga styles. Our classes are suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Contact us for more information.
All our teachers are experienced, qualified and can teach in English.
We also offer yoga, Tai Chi and mindfulness short breaks and holidays.
